About the Event

We will discuss breath and the human anatomy, as well as the importance of breath awareness. Join us as we practice several breathing techniques and learn how they help us during and after stressful situations.

After this discussion we will guide you through a yoga Nidra (Yogi sleep) practice, a meditative way to help you relax your stresses away!
