It was around 2007 when I attended my first yoga class, that was when I fell in love! I loved the way yoga made me feel! You can say that I’ve been hooked on it ever since then. I had been dealing with low back pain for quite awhile, and found that yoga was great therapy for that, my back felt amazing after yoga. I decided to become a Yoga instructor in 2008, I became certified through YogaFit Training Systems, Levels 1 and 2. I feel so honored to be teaching Yoga with the Half Moon Yoga Studio. It brings me joy in helping others find that balance of mind, body and spirit, and bringing inner peace into other’s lives.
