A yoga inversion is any posture where the heart is positioned above the head.
Inversions shift your perspective - physically and mentally - and can help build strength, balance, circulation awareness, focus, and confidence.
In this heart-centered workshop, Claire will guide you to explore inversions and arm balances in a safe, playful, and supportive environment.
