About the Event
Join Laurie for a lively and dynamic vinyasa yoga class. Following this, ease into relaxation with a yin yoga session, concluding the experience on the water with Mallory. You'll drift and relax to the calming sounds of crystal bowls echoing across the pool, guiding you into complete tranquility.
The water's buoyancy allows you to float effortlessly, reducing pressure on joints and muscles while floating. The combination of floating and sound is designed to promote deep relaxation, lower stress hormones, and encourage mental clarity.
