I was working long, stressful days as a Registered Dental Assistant which created a need to unwind emotional and physical tension. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Big Yoga Co., in Waxahachie TX, a Yoga Alliance certified school. Hopefully my shimmering personality leaves you feeling revived and renewed! My first love is yoga but outside of my practice I am a mother to three dog babies, nourishing my green thumb, or adventuring with my long-term boyfriend!
