Morgan Burnett

My first exposure to yoga came from my mom’s yoga VHS tapes when I was 10, and I became a regular practitioner at my local gym during high school. My yoga practice initially began as a way to complement sports and running, but I knew I was on to something when I left each class feeling lighter, stronger, and more resilient. Yoga has been a huge part of my life since then, and I dreamt that one day I could lead a yoga class to teach others how powerful this practice can be. After completing my last college degree, I returned to that dream and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Big Yoga Co. in 2020, along with additional training to teach prenatal yoga. My favorite style of yoga is a slow, challenging, breath-connected vinyasa with good music! I look forward to sharing yoga with you!
